About this policy

This policy describes what you may not do with BizInnaBox. It applies to everyone who uses the service: account holders, invited team members, and anyone interacting with a public page, form or payment link.

It sits alongside the Terms of Service. Breaking this policy can lead to content removal, feature restriction, suspension or account closure.

Illegal and fraudulent activity

  • Anything unlawful under the laws that apply to you or to us.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, money laundering, or financing illegal activity.
  • Payment abuse — including running test or stolen cards, deliberate chargeback abuse, or collecting payment for services you do not intend to provide.
  • Selling or advertising goods and services that the law, or our payment and messaging providers, prohibit or restrict.

Security and unauthorised access

  • Accessing another workspace, account or record you have not been given permission to see.
  • Bypassing permissions, assignment scoping, authentication or plan limits.
  • Uploading or distributing malware, ransomware or other harmful code.
  • Phishing, credential harvesting, or impersonating BizInnaBox or its staff.
  • Probing, scanning, overloading or attacking the service or its infrastructure.
  • Automated scraping or bulk extraction of data you do not own.

Messaging, email and contact abuse

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email or SMS, or messaging people who have not agreed to hear from you.
  • Ignoring opt-out or unsubscribe requests.
  • Using the service in a way that damages the reputation or deliverability of our email or messaging providers.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech or repeated unwanted contact.

Content, reviews and public pages

  • Fake, incentivised or self-written reviews and testimonials, or removing genuine reviews to mislead.
  • Deceptive public pages — false credentials, invented pricing, or claims you cannot support.
  • Impersonating another person or business.
  • Publishing content you do not have the rights to use, including photos, logos and copy.
  • Uploading content that is unlawful, exploitative, or sexualises minors.

Customer data

  • Collecting customer information unlawfully, or without telling people what it will be used for.
  • Collecting more sensitive information than you need, including payment card numbers stored outside the payment processor.
  • Using customer data for a purpose the customer would not reasonably expect.

How we enforce this policy

Reports are reviewed manually. Depending on severity, the response may be a warning, removal of content, restriction of a feature, suspension, or closure of the account.

Suspension and closure

Accounts may be suspended or closed for non-payment, for activity that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law or by a payment provider. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, notice and an opportunity to export data are given first.

This section states general legal terms for the service. It is information about how BizInnaBox operates, not legal advice.

Reporting abuse

  • Report abuse to support@bizinnabox.net.
  • Include the public page, invoice link or account involved, and what you saw.
  • Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported through the security page instead.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, contact support@bizinnabox.net with your account email and an explanation.
