What this policy covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage that BizInnaBox uses, and what each one is for. It is based on an audit of what the product actually loads — nothing is listed here that we do not use.

Strictly necessary cookies and storage

These are required for the service to work. They cannot be switched off from within the product, because signing in and staying signed in depends on them.

  • Authentication session — stored in your browser by our authentication provider so you stay signed in and your session can be refreshed securely.
  • Workspace and interface preferences — local storage that remembers things like your dashboard card order and the last view you used.
  • Campaign reference — short-lived session storage that remembers which link brought you to a business's public page, so the enquiry is attributed correctly.
  • Security and abuse prevention — request metadata used to rate-limit public forms and detect abuse.
  • Stripe — when you open a payment or checkout page, Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and to complete the payment. These are set by Stripe, not by us, and are necessary to take a payment.

Optional cookies

BizInnaBox does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or third-party tracking embeds. Because only strictly necessary storage is in use, we do not show a consent banner — there is nothing optional to consent to.

If that changes, this policy will be updated and a consent choice will be added before any optional tracker loads.

Error monitoring

Third-party error-monitoring tools are not currently active. Errors are recorded in our own server logs for reliability purposes.

Controlling cookies

  • Your browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you being able to sign in.
  • Clearing site data signs you out and resets your saved interface preferences.
  • There are currently no optional cookies to turn off.

Audit notes

The last recorded audit found only strictly necessary authentication, preference and payment-processor storage. Add notes from your own review in Legal settings.
